Nurses Services Organization
Redesign of all digital assets. Held focus groups with 400 nurses to better understand their impression of malpractice insurance, risk, and professional socialization. New design increased conversion rate from 20% to 80%.
 

Agri-Food Supply Chain Dynamics
Designed and built a modeling tool that determines supply chain risks across six data characteristics. This platform enabled risk managers to monitor, investigate, model, and mediate or transfer risk according to their severity.

Voluntary benefits - based on extensive ethnographic research two platforms were designed for purchasing voluntary benefits. The Asian marketplace demanded a distinctly different approach than the Western market. 
 

Aspire
Aspire is a prototypical platform that illustrates how a family can gain control of its personal economy. This prototype is a result of extensive research, across multiple demographics and psychographics. The findings indicated a substantial amount of frustration existed for families as they attempted to manage their financial, physical, and emotional well-being.

The Aspire platform is a blueprint to alleviate those frustrations enabling a family (or individual) to achieve their aspirations.
